The United Arab Emirate (UAE) is now offering Tai Chi, Qigong and Kung Fu classes by well known International Masters. A team of professional dedicated Martial Artists who thrive in spreading the Knowledge of Health to as many people as possible. Dubai Tai Chi classes is available at El Garhoud Area - Yellow Brick Road Nursery Grounds. Dubai Kung Fu classes for men, women and children are also available at El Garhoud Area where the students learn self defense, focus and stress management techniques. International City China Cluster Training Center is now OPEN.
Sharjah Tai Chi, Sharjah Kung Fu and Sharjah Qigong classes are starting in a few weeks where students from this area can also benefit from the teachings without the hassle of commuting. All teachers for both locations are the same, teachings are the same and the benefits are endless. For the new Sharjah classes, students are advised to register before the opening to ensure their space.
